“During my secondment with the CHAI Hub, I will explore how causal AI can help us better understand the links between workforce burnout, staff absence, attrition and healthcare capacity in NHS Scotland. The project will combine AI and econometric methods to generate transparent, policy-relevant evidence for a more resilient and sustainable healthcare workforce.”
