Events and Workshops Fund
What we’re looking for
The CHAI Hub’s Events and Workshops Fund supports academic researchers to organise interdisciplinary events designed to drive collaboration and advance the application of causal AI in healthcare.
The events organised should aim to connect the academic community with the NHS, industry leaders, regulators, and the public to address critical healthcare challenges. Events should seek to generate outcomes that will benefit future patients, caregivers, clinicians, and a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
Funding details
There is a budget of around £20,000 allocated.
How to apply
We accept and review applications on a rolling basis. The funded event must take place by 30th June 2027. We retain the right to close the Call earlier if necessary.
Complete the Application Form, and submit it with required attachments to chai@ed.ac.uk with “Events and Workshops Fund Application” in the subject title.
*If you would like to submit an application but would struggle to complete it ahead of the deadline, please get in touch to let us know as some flexibility may be afforded.
